1. Method: Choose between standard or expedited shipping options.
2. Cost: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
3. Processing Time: Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days.
4. Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is between 5-15 business days.
5. Tracking: Tracking information will be provided.
6. Packaging: Items will be securely wrapped.

NOTE – For custom orders, shipping will begin immediately upon completion of the manufacturing process, as specified in the ‘Customization Services’ section.

1. Right of withdrawal: You have the right to notify us of your return up to 14 days after receipt. After notification, you have another 14 days to actually return the item.

2. Condition of the product: You may unpack and inspect the product as you would in a store. The product must be undamaged. If damage occurs due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item, a depreciation fee may be charged.

3. Packaging: Please return the products in the original packaging if reasonably possible.

4. Costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product arrived damaged or does not match the order.

5. Refund: The purchase amount (including any standard initial shipping costs) will be refunded as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after your withdrawal notification, provided we have received the return shipment or you have submitted proof of shipment.

Shipping and Return Policy

We apply the statutory guarantee period of 2 years for consumers. This means that if a product is not in order upon delivery or shows a defect within 2 years after delivery (which has not arisen through your own fault), we will repair or replace it for you free of charge. In such cases, please contact our customer service immediately.
