EU Legal Guarantees

1. Guarantee Period For consumers, a legal guarantee of 2 years applies to all goods purchased from us. This guarantee commences from the moment you receive the product.

2. What does this guarantee cover? The legal guarantee covers any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery of the goods or that becomes apparent within a period of two years after that delivery. This means you are entitled to repair or replacement if:

• The product does not possess the characteristics you could reasonably expect based on the agreement (and the description on our website).
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

3. Exceptions The guarantee does not apply to defects caused by:

• Normal wear and tear;
• Improper or incorrect use (e.g., drops, impacts, water damage caused by yourself);
• Maintenance that has not been performed in accordance with the instructions;
• Modifications or repairs carried out by yourself or third parties without our permission.

4. How to claim under the guarantee? If you discover a defect, you must inform us as soon as possible (preferably within 2 months of discovery).

• Include a clear description and photos of the defect.

5. Solution If the defect is covered by the guarantee, we will repair or replace the product free of charge. If repair or replacement is not possible or disproportionate, you are entitled to an appropriate price reduction or termination of the sales contract (in which case you will be refunded the purchase amount).
