Constructed from okumè wood, blockboard wood, and solid wood, all treated for outdoor resilience, it features a wall-effect or lacquered finish in RAL colors, offering both style and longevity. The blockboard wood countertop, framed in lacquered wood with an internal Gres Laminam slab, provides a durable and eco-conscious surface, as Gres Laminam is a recyclable, low-impact material that reduces environmental strain. Designed with both luxury and sustainability in mind, the BBQs include soft-close drawers with metal sides, lacquered solid wood doors, and Murano glass knobs handcrafted with traditional techniques that minimize waste.

1. Right of withdrawal: You have the right to notify us of your return up to 14 days after receipt. After notification, you have another 14 days to actually return the item.

2. Condition of the product: You may unpack and inspect the product as you would in a store. The product must be undamaged. If damage occurs due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item, a depreciation fee may be charged.

3. Packaging: Please return the products in the original packaging if reasonably possible.

4. Costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product arrived damaged or does not match the order.

5. Refund: The purchase amount (including any standard initial shipping costs) will be refunded as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after your withdrawal notification, provided we have received the return shipment or you have submitted proof of shipment.

Shipping and Return Policy

We apply the statutory guarantee period of 2 years for consumers. This means that if a product is not in order upon delivery or shows a defect within 2 years after delivery (which has not arisen through your own fault), we will repair or replace it for you free of charge. In such cases, please contact our customer service immediately.
