NOTE – For custom orders, shipping will begin immediately upon completion of the manufacturing process, as specified in the ‘Customization Services’ section.

1. Returns accepted within 10 days of purchase.
2. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.
3. Must be returned in original packaging.
4. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the products are found to be damaged upon opening the package or do not match the photos. 
5. Refunds issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
